Vicki Swisher is a Senior Director, Intellectual Property Development for Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting. Ms. Swisher has a broad range of experience in human resource development, with much of her work centered in the areas of change leadership, performance management and improvement consulting, instructional design, and training. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, she was in an organizational effectiveness leadership role with Hartford Life.

While at Hartford Life, Ms. Swisher rolled out a comprehensive change management methodology and provided internal consulting to client partners in the areas of performance management and leadership development. Previously, she spent 15 years in the hospitality sector with Marriott International and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. During her time in the hotel industry, she held leadership positions in group sales and catering, worked in public relations, and managed a sales training function.
