Ling Li is the Vice Chairman, Global Life Sciences Market for Korn/Ferry International. She is based in the Firm’s Hong Kong office.

Since joining the Firm in 1991, Ms. Li has been involved in an array of senior-level search initiatives throughout the region, with a focus on Greater China and Asia Pacific.

Shilpa Gentela is a Client Partner based in Korn/Ferry International’s Mumbai office and a member of the Global Industrial and Life Sciences Markets.

For over a decade, Ms. Gentela has played a significant role in growing the life sciences and industrial practices, successfully executing senior search assignments including board placements across the pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, devices, managed care, automobile, aerospace, engineering, minerals and metals, chemicals, packaging and services sub-sectors in India.
