Chuck Eldridge is a Senior Client Partner operating in Korn/Ferry International’s Financial Officers Center of Expertise, based in the Firm’s Atlanta office. In this role, Mr. Eldridge provides a full suite of talent management solutions to Fortune 500 clients, other publicly-traded companies, private businesses and select not-for-profits.

Kenneth R. Brousseau is Chief Executive Officer of Decision Dynamics LLC a firm specializing in behavior profiling and human resource systems design. He also chairs The Korn/Ferry Institute's Center for the Science of Management Assessment. Dr. Brousseau received his Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Yale University. Prior to forming Decision Dynamics, he was on the faculty of the Management and Organization department at the Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Southern California.
