Dana Landis, Ph.D., is the Vice President of Talent Science and Analytics for Korn/Ferry International, based in the Firm’s Los Angeles office.
Ms. Landis oversees all research and analytics for Korn/Ferry. She evaluates executive and assessment data to understand predictors of job fit and performance across all industries, regions, and companies. As a clinical psychologist, Ms. Landis brings her own unique and valuable insight to the discipline of assessing candidates. Additionally, she identifies macro-trends in the talent space and drives the creation cutting-edge assessment tools.
