He also chairs The Korn/Ferry Institute's Center for the Science of Management Assessment. Dr. Brousseau received his Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Yale University. Prior to forming Decision Dynamics, he was on the faculty of the Management and Organization department at the Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Southern California.
