Charles Tseng is President, Asia Pacific for Korn/Ferry International. Based in Shanghai, Mr. Tseng oversees 17 offices in a region encompassing Greater China, India, ASEAN, Australasia, Japan and Korea. He is also a member of the Firm’s Global Operating Committee.

Kenneth R. Brousseau is Chief Executive Officer of Decision Dynamics LLC a firm specializing in behavior profiling and human resource systems design. He also chairs The Korn/Ferry Institute's Center for the Science of Management Assessment. Dr. Brousseau received his Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Yale University. Prior to forming Decision Dynamics, he was on the faculty of the Management and Organization department at the Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Southern California.
