Kevin Cashman is a Senior Partner in Korn/Ferry International’s Leadership and Talent Consulting group, based in the Firm’s Minneapolis office. He oversees Korn/Ferry’s executive development and coaching solutions.

Over the past 25 years, Mr. Cashman has been involved in coaching and developing thousands of senior executives and senior teams in more than 60 countries. He is recognized as a pioneer in leadership development and executive coaching, focusing on optimizing executive, team and organizational performance. He was recently named one of the top 10 thought leaders by Leadership Excellence magazine.

Kenneth R. Brousseau is Chief Executive Officer of Decision Dynamics LLC a firm specializing in behavior profiling and human resource systems design. He also chairs The Korn/Ferry Institute's Center for the Science of Management Assessment. Dr. Brousseau received his Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Yale University. Prior to forming Decision Dynamics, he was on the faculty of the Management and Organization department at the Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Southern California.
