Stuart Kaplan is the Chief Operating Officer for Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting, and a member of the Education Practice for Korn/Ferry International, based in the Firm’s San Francisco office.

As COO, Mr. Kaplan oversees the execution of Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting’s global strategy. He is also a leader in the Firm’s evolution as a provider of a broad spectrum of leadership and talent solutions. Additionally, Mr. Kaplan sits on the Firm’s Partner Promotions Committee and Global Partner Council.
