Ruchira Pathania is a Senior Client Partner in Korn/Ferry International’s Global Life Sciences Market, based in Princeton, NJ. She is also a member of the Firm’s Technology Centre of Expertise. For almost a decade, Ms. Pathania has focused on recruiting senior-level executives for Global 1000 and Fortune 500 pharmaceutical corporations, specialty pharmaceuticals, as well as start-up and venture funded companies in the Life Sciences sector.

Mr. Sharan is a Senior Client Partner based in Korn/Ferry International’s New Delhi office, where he heads the Industrial Market for Southeast Asia and India and the Life Sciences Market for India. With more than two decades of experience within the industrial marketplace, Mr. Sharan successfully partnered with clients in the automobile, aerospace, engineering, energy, chemicals, packaging, minerals, metals and services sectors for senior executive searches and board placements.
